STgenetics supports dairy youth and their STyle™ aspirations all across the globe!
STgenetics Dairy Youth Expo is an All-Breeds Online Show for Australian Dairy Juniors! This junior event is accepting videos taken from June 15th through October 16th. So if you are aged between 4 and 25 years of age we encourage you to enter. You don’t have to own the heifer to enter, you just have to lead the heifer.
- Open to ALL DAIRY BREEDS with great prizes on offer
- Entries are to be entered via video footage
- Every entry goes in the draw to win a Fully Imported ET calf valued at over $5000
- All youth that enter a video in the competition will receive an ST Australia youth hoodie and hat.
- Ideal school project
- Videos to be taken between 15th June & 16th October 2023
- Online results and reasons will be presented in late October 2023
Every entry that is entered in the 2023 Youth Expo competition goes in the draw to win an Elite Holstein Heifer that has been born in Australia recently as a result of the STG Australia breeding program. That is right you can win a fully imported ET heifer calf for just entering your video in the event.
The more entries you enter the more chances you get to win the Lucky Entry Prize, if you enter 3 videos you get 3 entries in the Lucky Entry Prize Draw.
The heifer calf is currently housed at Cherrylock Cattle Co and they have willing advised that they are also committed to the Youth of Australia and would assist the winner with housing and show preparation in the weeks leading up to International Dairy Week at a reduced price if the winner wishes them to do so.

- Entries must be from Animals and Youth from Australia.
- Youth don’t have to necessarily own the animal they enter.
- Entries Open 15th June and close 5pm October 16th 2023.
- Open to all dairy breeds.
- Judging will take place by Lachy Fry, Western Australia
- An animal can only be entered in one class.
- Each Youth participant can enter up to 2 entries per class.
- Online presentation of results will be presented at a date to be advised late October 2023.
- Ribbons, Trophies and Prize Money will be posted out to all placings
- Entries are to be all entered via 15 to 30 seconds of video footage taken on a phone or tablet.
- All youth that enter a video in the competition will receive an Australian Dairy Youth Hoodie and Hat
- Prize money for each class will be awarded and each breed will be awarded a Judges Choice Award (prizes awarded by the respective breed society)
HOW TO ENTER:
- Simply pick out your favorite Heifer at the moment in the above age groups and take a 15 to 30 Second Video of her.(Videos to be no longer than 30 seconds)
- She must be lead and it is your choice if you wish to clip her or not, we encourage you strongly to present her washed and clean if not clipped.
- Show whites are not required but neat casual dress code.
- Video footage is to only be of the animal in the class not multiple heifers in background.
- Video footage entries to be emailed to callcenteraus@stgen.comwith the Official Entry form by October 16th 2023
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Each video is to be emailed separately with its own Entry Form. Please don’t send multiple videos and multiple entry forms together.
